DESCRIPTION

PMM0671 is reliable, robust, and compact flying shear controller that regulates the shear movements through accurate synchronization with the material web. Therefore, providing extremely high stability and accuracy processing along with maximizing the production.

The outputs are displayed on a high-resolution OLED display allowing the client to monitor and control the flow rate. In addition, the client can update the controller’s settings configuration remotely through mobile application.

PMM0671 operates under three operational modes:

  • Modular operation mode: the module is connected to a PLC by RS485 and implement specific function assigned by the PLC.
  • Fail Safe mode: the module should be pre-programmed in case of lost connection with the PLC to carry on its function effectively.
  • Stand-alone: the module can be programmed to work as PLC and control the field devices.

PMM0671 is extremely reliable, precise, cost-effective, and accurate with minimum error percentage.
