DESCRIPTION

PMM0633X is a 16-bit flexible analog I/O module designed for industrial monitoring, control, data acquisition, and automation applications. The module provides 8 Analog Inputs and 8 Analog Outputs, allowing it to read analog signals from sensors and field devices while also sending analog control signals to actuators, drives, signal conditioners, and other field equipment through standard Modbus RTU communication over an RS-485 interface.

The module supports flexible Voltage / Current analog signal operation, making it suitable for common industrial analog standards such as voltage-based measurement/control and current-loop based monitoring/control applications.

Designed for harsh industrial environments, PMM0633X combines a compact DIN-rail form factor, USB service access, isolated RS-485 communication, reverse-polarity and overvoltage protection, and a wide 12 - 48 VDC power supply range.

APPLICATIONS

PMM0633X is suitable for a wide range of industrial and utility monitoring and control applications, including:

  • SCADA and remote terminal unit (RTU) systems
  • Analog sensor monitoring and data acquisition
  • Analog output control for field actuators
  • Industrial process monitoring and control
  • Renewable energy plant monitoring
  • Substation auxiliary signal monitoring
  • PLC and controller analog I/O expansion
  • Building management and utility monitoring systems
